My Approach

Roxanne Ramjattan’s approach is to acknowledge that we all suffer at certain times. However, it is how we make sense of, cope with and transition through our life challenges that defines who we can become as a person. The “Three Doors” represent the body, speech and mind. Roxanne Ramjattan can assist you to use your body (movements and actions), speech (tone and language) and mind (thoughts and patterns) to release physical, emotional and mental blockages. The journey will empower you to appreciate, rebuild, and transform into a more authentic version of yourself. In addition, the journey will empower you to build on your existing strengths and integrate useful skills to help you cope with life challenges.

Roxanne Ramjattan is dedicated to providing a wide range of individual and family counselling services in the Greater Toronto Area. She provides individual and couples counselling services in the following areas:

Abuse and Trauma

Mood Disorders (Depression, Border-line personality Disorders, etc.)

Personal Growth and Development

Phobias and Fears

Relationship (Social or Romantic) Challenges

Reviews

N. G.

Roxanne is warm, non-judgmental, and intelligent. Her rates are reasonable and her schedule is very flexible. I had a great therapeutic relationship and would recommended her to others.

I have been seeing Roxanne for 3 years now. She helped me through a bad divorce and now I am in a healthy relationship. There is not much more I can say as I believe she's a god sent. She is wise beyond her years and have more skills than my previous therapist who was 10 years older than her. With her encouragement and natural approach to therapy, I feel reborn.

I read the reviews below and was cynical about Roxanne but wanted to give her a try. To my dismay, the reviews are right. Talking to Roxanne is similar to talking to a wise long-time friend. Roxanne would send attachments and links after our session which made me think a lot more after our session. She's an inspirational and happy person. I am not sure why, but she just is.
